By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Disclaimer should be read together with our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy], which are incorporated by reference.
The Service is a record-keeping and organizational tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or health advice of any kind. Health records, medication logs, temperature tracking, feed plans, reproductive records, and any related alerts, reminders, or summaries generated by the Service are informational conveniences based solely on data entered by users. They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed veterinarian. You should never disregard, delay, or alter veterinary care because of information displayed in, or omitted from, the Service. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health, medication, nutrition, or treatment of any animal. In an animal health emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately — do not rely on the Service. The Company does not review, verify, or validate any health data entered into the Service and assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of such data, or for any action taken or not taken in reliance on it.
Billing summaries, cost sheets, pricing tools, invoices, exports, and reports generated by the Service are provided for organizational convenience only and do not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Figures are calculated from user-entered data and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all amounts before invoicing, paying, or relying on them, and for compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and business regulations. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
The Service stores and displays information entered by you and other authorized users of your farm account (for example, owners, managers, trainers, and staff). The Company does not verify user-entered data and makes no representation or warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency. You are solely responsible for (a) the accuracy of data you enter; (b) reviewing data entered by others whom you authorize; and (c) any decision made in reliance on data in the Service. Data displayed in the Service may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all exported or generated materials — including PDFs, CSV files, invoices, billing exports, reports, and printed records — for accuracy and completeness before relying on, transmitting, or acting upon them.
Certain features of the Service may now or in the future use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated processing to summarize, organize, generate, or assist with user-entered information (for example, summaries, recommendations, automated notes, or predictive alerts). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading and must always be independently reviewed by the user before being relied upon. AI outputs are provided solely as informational assistance and do not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. The Company disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) ANY DATA, REPORT, REMINDER, ALERT, OR RESULT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, the Company’s warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR ANY INJURY TO, ILLNESS OF, OR DEATH OF ANY ANIMAL, OR ANY VETERINARY OR OTHER COSTS RELATED THERETO, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
The Service may generate task reminders, scheduling notices, medication schedules, and similar notifications. These features depend on user configuration, accurate data entry, device settings, network connectivity, and third-party delivery systems and infrastructure beyond our control — including, without limitation, the Apple Push Notification Service, Google/Android notification services, web browsers, email service providers, cellular and internet service providers, and device operating systems — any of which may fail, delay, or suppress delivery. You must not rely on the Service as your sole means of remembering or performing time-sensitive animal care. The Company is not responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, or erroneous notifications, or for any consequence of a task not performed.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. The Service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, or reasons beyond our control. While we implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user data, no internet-based service or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored within the Service. Although we take commercially reasonable measures to protect and back up data, we do not guarantee against loss or corruption of data, and you are encouraged to maintain independent records and exports of critical information (including health and billing records).
The Service allows farm accounts to include multiple users with differing roles and access levels (for example, owners, managers, trainers, and staff). Account owners and administrators are solely responsible for assigning, managing, reviewing, and revoking user permissions and access levels, and for all actions taken within their account by users they authorize — including the entry, modification, or deletion of records. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of a user authorized by or through your account.
Users are solely responsible for identifying, maintaining, and retaining any records required under applicable federal, state, or local laws, industry regulations, breed-registry rules, or insurance requirements. The Service is not represented or warranted to satisfy any statutory or regulatory record-keeping requirement.
